Like most others, this group has been unable to meet for many months, but members have been creating some lovely artwork from home and sending it to Linda Goldspink who leads the group.
Linda kindly gave permission for me to publish many of the works in the Herald. I know not every member of this group reads the Herald, so thought it would be nice to include just a few of them here.
I particularly like the painting of Wymondham in two different seasons. On the left you can see a depiction of the Market Cross area in the winter snow and on the right is a continuation of the scene but this time depicting a summer scene. It's an original idea that I very much like.
I hope you enjoy just a few of my favourite images from the group and I will post a few more in a coming blog.

A few readers have expressed an interest in "old photographs" of Hethersett. The Hethersett Archive website is up and running again at: https://hethersettheritage.org.
If you click on the "Gallery" tag you will find lots of old photos - a couple of which are reproduced below. I'm not sure which school is depicted but I will ask the village archivist Gary Wyatt.
