It got me to thinking about what I have been taking. About a week ago I began to find it difficult to find anything new to take on four or five set walks that we use almost on a rota basis. Then I realised that I had to lower my sights.
By that I mean that I have to stop looking for the hugely scenic view and concentrate more on nature. So as a result I'm now taking photographs of wild flowers, hedgerows and other things that I find make good photographs in themselves.
So now I'm on the lookout more and more for the unusual angle or unusual subject (like a load of bags of manure I came across yesterday).
I am working on some very interesting features for the next Hethersett Herald and one in particular has caught my attention. I was contacted by Chloe Kidd. Chloe is just 22 years of age but suffers from the relatively rare disease Endometriosis - a very painful and debilitating illness.
Chloe wants to make more people aware of the disease and so has started her own podcast on Spotify. She has also put the podcast on You Tube for those who do not use Spotify. More details in the next Hethersett Herald which I hope to publish in a couple of weeks' time.
Had to do some essential supermarket shopping today so it was another ramble around Wymondham and you will find a few photographs at the top of this page.
