Most Mondays I go for a stroll into Wymondham with my cousin. We usually take her lovely little dog Casper.
Everything is fine until we try to walk down Bridewell Street. Walking up Bridewell Street is fine but walking down it is a no no. He just stops still and won't move. We have tried this route on a number of occasions and every time the same thing has happened.
Do you think there is a ghostly dog along there?

They've watered down Deal or no Deal. In the original series the top prize was £250,000 which towards the end could possibly have been doubled up to £500,000. In the new series the top prize is £100,000.
Apart from that it's pretty much the same without Noel Edmonds. I remember when it first started it caused quite a stir. A game show with no questions. It eventually became a bit tired but seems to have been rejuvenated..
It does amuse me that it's a total game of chance but the contestants are told to take out the blue boxes when they have no control over anything.

Loved the joke in the Metro Newspaper today.
Man "my wife always accuses me of treating her like a child. I don't but that's why she's spending the day on the naughty step."

This morning is another of our Forget Me Not cafes which is held under the auspices of the Hethersett Dementia Support Group. We are very pleased to be involved in helping to organise such a vibrant group which is now attracting up to 40 people every session.
It's not just for people living with dementia and their carers. Everyone is welcome. Some people enjoy a chat and a cup of coffee. Today we have a return visit from Georgette Vale who will be doing something slightly different.
Georgette usually portrays figures from history such as Queen Victoria, Edith Cavell etc. Today she is demonstrating how to make festive items. If you live in touching distance of Hethersett we meet in Hethersett Methodist Church Hall from 10 am. Everyone is welcome.

To which ear do you hold the telephone? I think I'm slightly unusual in holding a phone- landline or mobile- to my left ear with my left hand. It doesn't make me left handed. I invariably open doors with my left hand but play sport with my right hand and write with my right hand.
Of our two sons, one is right handed and the other is left handed. The left handed one is married to a lefty but their children are both right handed and that's all a tad confusing.

I'm currently listening to the audiobook version of the book Spare by Prince Harry.
I'm no fan of this man who seems to have a huge chip on his shoulder but it's nowhere near as bad as I feared.
For me the success of an audio book lays with the content and the voice of the person reading. A book can be spoiled if you don't like the voice of the narrator. This isn't the case with Spare and i'm beginning to have just a small amount of sympathy for him. Note I said a small amount.
