What is he on about I hear you cry.
Well it's all a trifle embarrassing. Set out to write this morning's blog only to find I couldn't read the wi fi code for the place where we are staying. That's now sorted so here we are.
This will be a big day for me as I have under three miles to do to complete my marathon 1500 mile walk. I feel a mix of excitement and relief as it's taken longer than I anticipated. I have walked an average of over four miles a day for the entire year. Timings have been pretty good as I will finish with three days to spare. I will keep going for those three days to complete the year's walk. It will be some relief not to have to go out and walk for the sake of walking.
I will let you know how much I've raised and a link in case anyone else would like to contribute to the East Anglian Air Ambulance charity. I will do this at the end of the year.
Now I must start on my 2023 challenge which will be to publish six or seven books to raise more money for charity. I haven't decided which one yet. More details later. We are currently in Yorkshire for a short break and enjoying the news that Dean Smith has been sacked as Norwich manager.
It is a relief as the quality of football played this season has been diabolical. The fans have been revolting. Some more revolting than others. Let's hope things improve. We have two home games coming up so hopefully we will see a difference.
Today we are considering having coffee in the famous Betty's Tea Rooms although I may have to take out a mortgage first.
